1) Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2) Entry is only open to Round The Block verified users aged 18 years or over who are able to take the prize as offered. The prize involves the acceptance of 0.1 BTC or 3 ETH.
3) The winners of the prize will make the decision on whether they would like to receive BTC or ETH as their preferred prize.
4) The winners must provide a wallet address for the prize to be sent and Round The Block and will provide a Transaction ID upon request.
5) If the winner has provided an incorrect wallet address, Round The Block will attempt to retrieve the prize but cannot guarantee retrieval, as such the prize may be forfeited. It is the winners responsibility
to ensure the information is complete and correct.
6) Employees/Contractors/Sub-Contractors (and their immediate families) of Round The Block Pty Ltd and agencies associated with Round The Block Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
7) The promotion commences on 25/09/2020 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEDST on 31/10/2020 ("Promotional Period").
8) To be eligible to enter, individuals must first setup an account Round The Block (if not done so already), and establish a verified account using a valid ID. Entrants can create a Round The Block account and verify by visiting https://roundtheblock.com.au/users/sign_up verify your email address with the link sent and proceed to the verification portal. For clarity, individuals who have setup a Round The Block account and established a verified Round The Block account prior to the Promotional Period are also eligible to enter.
9) To enter, entrants must then undertake the following steps during the promotional period.
10) Round The Block reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity or entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who Round The Block has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at Round The Block's discretion. Failure by Round The Block to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Round The Block's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
11) Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
12) Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
13) If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Round The Block reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
14) The judging will take place on 01/11/2020. Round The Block may select additional reserve entries which Round The Block determines to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. The winner will be notified by email. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its merits.
15) Round The Block's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16) The 3 best valid entries as determined by the judges will be 0.1 Bitcoin OR 3 Ethereum.
17) If for any reason the winner does not take the prize within 30 days of notification, their prize will be forfeited.
18) Total prize pool value is up to 0.3 BTC, 9 Ethereum or a combination of both.
19) By entering this competition, the entrant has agreed to Round The Block's Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement.
